Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• DAILY PAY—Access your earnings when you need them!
• CMT Rate + Shift Differential
• Unique split shift:
  • 6p-10p:
    Serve as CMT
  • 10p-6a:
    Serve as CNA
  • Get paid the higher CMT rate for the full 12-hour shift!

You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands‑on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity.

• Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations
• Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations
• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration
• Record and report any changes in resident condition
  
  Monitor and restock medication inventories
• Support team members and maintain high care standards

• Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (Missouri)
• Listed on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility (preferred)
