Qualicare KC Home Care, located in Lees Summit, MO, and surrounding areas, is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants (aka Caregiver). If you have a passion for helping others and desire a purposeful career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our clients are Private In-Home clients, NOT a facility! We believe in a concierge level of home care services. We are only seeking those who believe in the senior community and helping them stay at home longer!

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their family and/or medical team.
• MUST be able to safely transport in your vehicle or theirs. Meaning a safe and insured vehicle and a driver's license w/ a clean record.
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Assist/Reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients
• Provide companionship to clients
• Ability to follow care-plan
• Documentation/Charting

• Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid Driver's License
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
