Tuesday/Thursday/Friday & Week 2:
Monday/Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm

• Advocate of Empathy: responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests, abilities and what makes each resident who they are; collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for their routines.
• Life Partner: partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
• Excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude; loves residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Can lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Can assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.
