Monday/Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm

- Advocate of Empathy: responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests, abilities and what makes each resident who they are; collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
- Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for their routines.
- Life Partner: partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
- Excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
- Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive, energetic attitude; loves residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
- Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
- Can lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Can assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
