Need a Care‑Assistant ASAP in Lees Summit. Weekend shifts run 24/7 for the foreseeable future. We need multiple people to cover, but we want consistency. No one is expected to work every weekend – we can rotate every other weekend or balance shifts. We don’t want burnout – rotating the same persons for care. We need a nice lady, needing assistance for incontinence, housework, and companionship.

Good organizational skills to help with some projects. She will need assistance with all transfers.
