Position Overview

Meyer Laboratory is a rapidly growing nationwide chemical manufacturer. We are looking for a motivated individual with prior manufacturing experience to join our team. This is a full-time role based out of our Blue Springs, MO warehouse with excellent opportunity for advancement.

Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with possibility of overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with production and chemical blending
  • Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes
  • Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality
  • Working with other team members to complete the production process
  • Supporting warehouse functions such as stocking, counting inventory and picking orders
  • Routine maintenance and clean‑up
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency of Meyer Laboratory
  • Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self‑motivate and work independently
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Detail‑oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attendance record and timeliness, required
  • Prior forklift experience or certifications a plus
  • Must be flexible with day‑to‑day job duties
  • Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary.
  • Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.
