Fike Corporation is seeking a Weld-Operator Trainee for 2nd shift at our Blue Springs, MO facility. You will set up and operate welding equipment to join light to medium rupture disc parts, with attention to fixture positioning and process compliance.
Starting pay is $25–$29 per hour, based on experience. Requires a high school diploma or GED and welding/manufacturing exposure; training will occur on the job to support ISO
9001 practices and safety procedures.
