OverviewWe are seeking an Intensive Care RN, also referred to as an ICU RN or Intensive Care Unit RN. The Intensive Care RN (ICU RN) is responsible for providing intensive care to patients with life‑threatening conditions. The ICU RN has advanced skills in critical care settings, makes quick decisions, and is compassionate toward all patients. The ICU RN monitors vital signs, blood oxygen levels, administers IV fluids, and communicates effectively with the medical team to modify care plans accordingly.
Bonus Options: up to $20,000 (Paid out as stipends every 90 days)

- If you have experience in the ICU, Emergency Room (ER), Emergency Department (ED), or other critical care area of the hospital, you are encouraged to apply!
- Deliver high‑quality care to critically ill patients by performing detailed assessments, developing care plans, and implementing complex nursing interventions.
- Use advanced equipment like cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and capnography devices to continuously track vital signs and physiological parameters.
- Safely administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and timing, closely monitoring patient responses to ensure effectiveness and prevent adverse reactions.
- Manage life‑support devices such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients' families, acting as a liaison to ensure they understand the care being provided.
- Document all aspects of patient care to ensure continuity and compliance while rigorously maintaining infection control and safety protocols to protect vulnerable patients.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic arrhythmia interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute‑care hospital, critical care preferred.
- CCRN certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
