Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) on night shift
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Accurately document nursing care in the EMR
• Coordinate care with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
• Respond to changes in condition and emergency situations overnight

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license – required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to resident‑centered nursing care
