Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on day shift
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Accurately document nursing care in the EMR
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
• Support daily clinical operations and resident care needs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements

• Active Missouri LPN license - required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Resident-centered care mindset
