Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our night shift in a skilled nursing / long-term care facility
. This LPN night shift position offers daily pay, strong leadership support, and opportunities for professional growth.

- Provide direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on night shift
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Accurately document nursing care in the EMR
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
- Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies
- Active Missouri LPN license - required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
