- Supervise and support nursing staff on the evening shift
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
- Oversee medication administration and clinical procedures
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care plans - Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience (preferred)
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
