Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with ADLs
- Document care accurately and follow care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide emotional support and build relationships with those you care for
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a resident-first attitude
