We are seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN), sometimes referred to as a Telemetry RN or Tele RN, to care for приход patients in our telemetry units, including those needing cardiac monitoring. Hours: 12 hour – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

• Assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall health status, to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, allowing for remote monitoring of patients’ heart rates and rhythms.
• Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring results and symptomatology.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, including intravenous medications, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Provide hands‑on care to patients, including wound care, administering treatments, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing emotional support.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and treatments, as well as providing guidance on self‑care practices and lifestyle modifications in the Telemetry Unit.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions throughout shift and be able to address any concerns to the physician as soon as possible.
• Responsible for the delivery of safe patient care by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic arrhythmia interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Medical‑Surgical Nurse‑Board Certified (RN‑BC) or similar certification; preferred.
