The Good News Is That We Have Some Amazing Training to help you learn everything you need to know to be a Style Consultant. There are a few skills you should have from the start:

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
• Capability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

We Are An Awesome Place To Work and we want to be clear on a few basics we expect:

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders safely
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance is required
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.)
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
