Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated .Net Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, as we aim to build robust solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, jQuery, AJAX, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop APIs using .Net 6+ and .Net Framework 4.8.
- Implement user interfaces and enhance user experience through responsive design and robust front-end development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and applications.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
Primary Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a .Net Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with .Net 6+, .Net Framework 4.8, and MVC architecture.
- Familiarity with .Net APIs and Web Forms (preferred).
- Experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance applications and processes.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of database design and SQL Server management.
- Experience with testing frameworks (NUnit, Moq).
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
