We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Technical Architect to oversee the development, customization, and integration of Service Now applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers. CTA certification mandatory.

• Platform Management – Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Custom Application Development – Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the Service Now platform.
• Integration – Manage and implement integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Technical Leadership – Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
• Program Management – Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Now platform.

• Experience – Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Service Now and 4 years relevant experience as a Service Now Architect

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Strong understanding of Service Now modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM and ITAM.
• Experience with Service Now integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
