Assistant Golf Professional

Overview

The Assistant Golf Professional assists the Golf staff in the management of all day-to-day golf operations. This position is responsible to manage total golf operation including the golf car and range service staff. The position shall be performed with the highest level of patron satisfaction and service. The PGA, Director of Golf has been in the great business of Golf since 1982.

Stone Canyon Golf Club is the only Greg Norman Signature design golf facility in the midwest and features Bent Grass Tees, Fairways and Greens.

• Desire to achieve PGA Membership, strong character, motovated and attention to detail required. Associate's degree or 1/2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Assist in administrating all point of sales applications.
• Promote all SC club activities.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked Pro Shop.
• Ability to open and close facility.
• Assist in Tee Sheet management and Handicap system.
• Supervise cart and range staff.
• Assist in scheduling of staff.
• Help in preparations of golf outings/leagues.
• Assist in all POS activities.
• Assist F & B Manager as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
