Hiring experienced CDL-A drivers in Blue Springs, MO! Earn $25/hour in a dedicated hostler position combining yard work with local driving. Choose from day or evening shifts with consistent nightly home time.
Pay Details- $25.00 per hour
- Approximately $1,000/week
- Overtime beyond 40 hours is paid at straight time
- No short-haul pay
- No stop pay
- No bonus offered
- Dedicated hostler/yard position
- Combination of yard work and local driving
- Operate a spotter unit
- Three open positions
Hours may change based on customer needs and seasonal volume - Peak season:
August–November - Cold-weather driving may be required
- Home nightly
- Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Hours may vary during peak and non-peak seasons
- Peak season may include 9-hour workdays
- Occasional weekend/holiday work based on freight needs
- Valid Class A CDL
- First-seat experienced driver
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Comfortable with yard/hostler operations
- Able to work day or evening shifts
- Able to work in cold weather
