Auto Zone is looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Delivery Driver to support our commitment to WOW! Customer Service. The role involves safely operating company‑provided vehicles, delivering automotive parts to commercial customers, and providing excellent service throughout the delivery process. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly; stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
