Adoration Home Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Bluefield, WV team on a PRN basis. You will provide patient-centered home health OT, evaluating needs and delivering therapy in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, setting measurable goals, coordinating with physicians and families, documenting services, and supervising OT Assistants as allowed. This position offers flexible PRN scheduling within a supportive team.
This is an excellent role to take on the Home Health OT: 1:1 Care & Flexible Schedule role at Bright Spring Health Services.
The advertised compensation is 70.000 - 90.000.
