WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital is seeking a Recovery Coach to support individuals with substance use disorders in affiliated treatment settings. You will help identify treatment needs, develop individualized plans, and assist patients to stay engaged in treatment.
Key duties include outreach, on-site and community check-ups, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to link patients to resources and supports that sustain recovery.
