• Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care and maintaining dignity and independence
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per plan of care and assess results
• Accurately document nursing actions, communicate with family, case manager, physicians and document progress toward goals; inform teams of changes in client’s condition
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate availability
• Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited nursing college with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred
• Home health care experience preferred

Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services, an affiliated company, recently acquired certain Amedisys home health and hospice operations and is recruiting candidates for open positions within those operations. The successful candidate will initially be employed by Amedisys until January 1, 2026 at the latest. During this period, Amedisys will perform all administrative onboarding activities and offer benefits coverage under Amedisys employee benefit plans.

On or before January 1, 2026, the successful candidate’s employment will be transferred to Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services, an affiliated company.
