Base Pay Range: $27.00/hr – $30.60/hr (actual pay based on experience and qualifications)

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met per standards of practice, physician orders, policies, and all applicable regulationsNumbers
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams

• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow all policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Track and review patient medical history, charts and vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration)
• Coach staff as needed

• Current LPN license in the designated state
• CPR/BLS основания certification or willingness to obtain
• Prior LTC or SNF experience preferred, new graduates welcome
• Positive attitude, reliability, strong clinical judgment
