We are seeking a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylists/Sales Support) for Store 0595 – Mercer Mall, maurices, Bluefield, WV 24701. Your primary responsibility will be delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes, while also supporting visual merchandising, store presentation, and sales goals.

• Guide customers through our award‑winning brand experience and build authentic connections.
• Provide customer‑obsessed service, leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit.
• Operate the cash register using modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) and promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Support product flow, shipping, receiving, and omni‑order fulfillment processes, including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.
