At Mas Tec Advanced Technologies, your technical expertise is in demand. You will install and maintain advanced home technologies—satellite dishes, home security, smart home automation—providing reliable customer service. Work is both indoor and outdoor at customer residences and commercial buildings, following safety guidelines.

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers.
• Foster positive customer relationships and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience through clear communication.
• Follow safety protocols and work with installers, electrical, and HVAC teams.

• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 36 feet and lift 60–80 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre‑employment drug, background, and MVR checks.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends or evenings.
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to learn new technologies.
