Groundworks is seeking a talented Production Administrative Assistant to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT.

This position handles workflow for customer service calls, production, and service technician interaction. You will support administrative needs in a busy customer service-based industry.

• Provide administrative support for timekeeping
• Create weekly job packs
• Create and close purchase orders
• Ensure office equipment is in working order and schedule maintenance
• Deliver great customer experiences and service and solve problems
• Set and confirm install dates
• Mail customer information packets
• Follow up with customers on a variety of issues
• Update customer records for accuracy

• High School Degree/GED
• 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Positive and motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills
