Property Attendant – Wood Spring Suites
Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Property Attendant to support various hotel functions, including preventive maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping preparation, and laundry duties.
About the RoleAs a hands‑on team player, you will manage multiple hotel responsibilities and ensure our guests receive the highest level of service.
Benefits- Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00, dependent on experience.

- Maintenance:
Manage work orders, perform preventive maintenance, clean carpets and floors, do light electrical and plumbing tasks, clean public spaces and outdoor areas, and complete minor repairs and painting. - Inventory:
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, and place orders with management. - Housekeeping:
Pre‑prep rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs. - Emergency Procedures:
Follow property emergency procedures and support the security needs of guests and the property. - Other Duties as Assigned.
- Repetitive climbing of stairs and occasional ladder use.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
