PRODUCTION MANAGER

Reports to:
Area Manager

Compensation: $112K - $125K + bonus

Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead safe, efficient, and high-performing block manufacturing operations. This role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight of production performance, equipment reliability, quality compliance, and team development while partnering cross‑functionally to meet customer and business needs.

• Lead daily block manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Drive performance using key metrics including output, uptime, labor efficiency, and downtime
• Champion safety, compliance, and facility standards
• Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and preventative maintenance
• Serve as a technical resource for process, quality, and troubleshooting issues
• Support equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Manage labor, materials, and cost control to improve operational performance
• Lead, develop, and support supervisors and operators while fostering a strong team culture

• Engineering, Construction Management degree, or equivalent industry experience is a plus
• Ability to interpret ASTM and other technical standards
• Leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Knowledge of concrete masonry or block manufacturing processes
• Hands‑on experience with Columbia Machine or similar equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
• Data‑driven, execution‑focused mindset
• Financial understanding of labor, materials, and operational costs
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
