We are looking for a Spray Technician to work alongside and support our Turf Care Manager
. This role focuses on the proper application of fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments for high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other turf treatments safely and accurately
• Diagnose common turf issues (weeds, disease, insects, nutrient deficiencies)
• Maintain accurate application and service records
• Calibrate and maintain spray equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
• Follow all state and federal safety and environmental regulations
• Support the Turf Care Manager with route efficiency and quality control

• 1 year of previous turf care, lawn care, or spray application experience
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordlemsteadment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

• Experience with high-end residential or HOA properties
• Knowledge of cool-season turf (bluegrass, fescue, rye)
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred
• Irrigation or landscape maintenance background
