• Follow best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assist customers in loading bags into their car and removing merchandise from bascarts.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning, return merchandise to shelves, and gather bascarts.
• Clean spills, pick up trash, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, and identify unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations, local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment and manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
