Ferreus Industries is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B customer base in the sheet metal manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for prospecting, relationship-building, and closing profitable, manufacturable work.

• Prospect and generate new B2B leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct sales meetings, shop tours, and presentations
• Support quoting and negotiate final terms
• Follow up on open quotes and customer opportunities
• Meet revenue and profitability targets

• Strong history of business to business sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Manufacturing or sheet metal experience is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Base salary: $40K–$100K (based on experience & performance)
• Commission:
  Significant upside through a separate commission plan
