• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services in alignment with clinical best practices and Revital standards

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities

• Set measurable short- and long-term goals, implementing therapies that promote function and quality of life

• Instruct patients, families, and staff on techniques to support ongoing therapy goals in daily routines

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and document outcomes effectively

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Indiana

• Must be 18 years or older
