Revital Rehab Services is hiring a Part-Time/PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team at River Terrace, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Bluffton, Indiana. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks—making a lasting impact through compassionate, hands‑on care.

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable short‑ and long‑term goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and daily function
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality rehabilitation
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Indiana
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient‑centered approach
