• Responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
• Travel to the patient's location for appointments.
• Paid per appointment/event, not hourly or salary.
• Bi‑weekly pay.
• Some travel expenses are covered depending on location.

• Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory patient information and verify identities.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Accurately label all samples.
• Maintain accurate patient records, detailing any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Professional, responsible, self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer proficient, with internet access and a printer/scanner to print, scan and upload completed documents.
