Helps deliver comprehensive behavioral health services as part of a multidisciplinary team. Provides assessment, psychotherapy, and counseling to children, adolescents, and families at the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. Maintains consultative relationships with internal and external caregivers and offers emergency services as required.

• Deliver a full range of assessment and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Develop and maintain consultative and liaison relationships with caregivers.
• Provide emergency services when required.

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related mental health field.
• Active Associate License or Temporary License; must bill independently for services.
• License and certifications maintained current.
• Flexible work schedule and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds for shared lifting.
• Autonomous job performance with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze medical and social history information.
• Exceptional written and oral communication; conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive work ethic and teamwork orientation.
• Skill in navigating ambiguity with structured problem solving.
