Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Bluffton, IN facility. This is a direct Hire role with both day and night shifts available:
Day 5:00 AM–3:30 PM;
Night 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday; overtime on Fridays as needed.
Starting rate is $30/hr–$38/hr+, depending on experience. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and
