Communications Assistant

Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to assist with communications, general administrative duties, and other cross‑departmental duties as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in a professional setting.
Responsibilities- Develop, draft, and schedule internal and external communications
, including emails, newsletters, announcements, and digital signage. - Assist in creating and editing communications and flyers using Microsoft Suite and Canva
. - Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and professionalism across all platforms.
- Manage and update content across the club website, mobile app, social media channels, and member communication platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics for emails, website traffic, social media, surveys, and digital campaigns.
- Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing files, and digitizing records
. - Provide additional support to various departments as assigned.
- Monitor and report analytics for surveys and administer changes to survey questions and target audiences.
- Prepare monthly analytics for tours, visits and sales conversions.
- Assist with weekly communications efforts.
- Provide assistance with community tours and realtor inquiries
. - Prepare minutes for monthly committee meeting.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
- Schedule
: 35‑40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) - Employment Type

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
. - Must be tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and software quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Canva and Publisher is a plus but not required.
- Experience with JONAS is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday.
