We're looking for dedicated Construction Crew Members to join our growing team. Become part of a company that values hard work, exceptional quality, and outstanding customer service year-round!
OverviewAqua Blue Pools is seeking motivated construction crew members to perform hands-on construction tasks and contribute to high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction on every project.
Your Role- Hands-on construction tasks including digging, forming, concrete pouring, installation, and clean-up.
- Continuous learning opportunities and skill enhancement for career growth.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and professional client interaction on every project.
- General construction experience (pool experience preferred).
- Valid South Carolina or Georgia Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Comfort working with various construction tools and processes.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.
- 401(k) plan with company match.
- Paid holidays and vacation.
- Maternity and paternity leave.
- Company vehicle provided during work hours.
- Starting at $18.00-$24.00/hour+, commensurate with experience.
