Montage International is seeking a Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service in our luxury spa. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer questions, coordinate spa services, and promote retail outlets.
This role supports the spa team in maintaining pristine facilities and timely, courteous service. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of customer service in a hotel or spa are required;
English fluency and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are expected.
