Front Desk Concierge

Our Client is hiring a Front Desk Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our dedicated plastics patient base in Bluffton, SC. This role supports a separate, private phone line and patient flow from the general practice and is ideal for someone who thrives in polished, service-driven environments such as medical offices, luxury hospitality, or aesthetic clinics.

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional, concierge-level experience
• Manage a dedicated plastics phone line and high-volume inbound calls
• Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Communicate clearly about appointments, expectations, and next steps
• Prepare and review treatment quotes and estimates
• Collect and process payments, including over the phone
• Coordinate patient flow between providers and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR and scheduling systems
• Ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA privacy standards
• Maintain a calm, polished, and organized front desk environment

• A professional, polished presence and strong communication skills
• Background in customer service, concierge, hospitality, medical front desk, or aesthetics
• Comfort handling pricing conversations and payment processing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing high-volume calls and sensitive information
• Experience with EMR or scheduling systems (preferred, not required)

Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics is a plus, but we will train service-driven candidates with the right attitude and professionalism.
