• Participants are paired with experienced culinary leaders who are invested in their growth and success.
• One-on-one mentorship from Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs.
• Career planning and leadership development conversations.

• Rotation through various culinary outlets and roles learning hands-on culinary execution with supervisory and administrative training.

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food products, presentation standards, and guest experiences aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with inventory management, procurement, cost control initiatives, and waste reduction efforts to support financial objectives.
• Contribute to workforce planning and daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, shift coordination, and labor productivity initiatives.
• Being hands-on.
• Attend meetings, improve processes, and develop relationships.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business demands.

• You love working as part of a culinary team.

• Graduated from a two- or four-year college or university with a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or Food Service Management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Food and beverage experience within hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.

• Immersed in day-to-day culinary and F&B operations.
• Elevated guest service in a luxury environment.
• Comprehensive training plan with leadership connections.
