- 6–8 hours per day
- Hours worked between 7:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday
- Temporary position (approximately 1–3 months)
$15‑$18 per hour (based on experience)
OverviewPro Resources is seeking a detail‑oriented and people‑focused Recruiting Assistant to support hiring efforts at an onsite industrial facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, staying organized, and keeping the recruiting process running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Review incoming applications for open positions
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and availability
- Schedule in‑person interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate notes and candidate updates in the tracking system
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Previous experience in recruiting or HR support preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable conducting phone screenings and speaking with candidates
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to work onsite in Bluffton, IN
