Overview

Home Team, a Rollins, Inc. subsidiary, puts people first and provides tools, support, and training to deliver quality pest control services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx® system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service.
  • Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues and ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Prepare composite reports per corporate requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategy.
  • Manage local home builder relationships and coordinate with corporate staff to capitalize on business.
  • Attract, select, and develop high-caliber employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Delegate duties and examine work for compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain required certifications/liscencing.
  • Handle errors and complaints with team members, homebuilders, and homeowners.
  • Assist subordinates and step in when necessary.

Qualifications
  • 18+ years old, high‑school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
  • Experience with sales, marketing, office administration.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years in a management role.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties: use ladder within weight capacity, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
