Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse – Full-Time/Part-Time (Dayshift) 7a-7p
Join us at NHC Health Care Bluffton
, a 120‑bed skilled and long‑term care facility located near Hilton Head, SC. We need a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team.
- Requires graduation from a nursing program accredited by the state of South Carolina and a current, unencumbered South Carolina license.
- Responsibilities: work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and develop individualized plans of care, maintain open communication with patients and families, assure appropriate nursing care, assist with medications and treatments, and perform other patient‑care duties as assigned.
