RN MDS Coordinator: Lead Resident Assessments & Care

NHC Health Care Bluffton is seeking an experienced RN to serve as MDS Coordinator. You will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument process in accordance with CMS and OBRA guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate assessments and high-quality documentation.

You will interview patients and families, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor medical records, and support ongoing staff training. A South Carolina RN license is required; experience with MDS is highly valued.
