• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow a proven sales process that leads to a six‑figure income.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.
• Present products to customers and shop the area competition.
• Work hard, be coachable, and be willing to work weekends and some holidays.

• No new homes sales experience required.
• Two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills: one‑on‑one and public speaking.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid Real Estate License.
