• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensure all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Perform cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for up to 7+ hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability (includes nights and weekends).

Compensation: $10 - $15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission).
