Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Apprentice to join our electrical division. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the electrical trade, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team. You’ll work alongside licensed electricians to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment

Measure, cut, bend, thread, and assemble electrical conduit and wiring under supervision

Pull wire through conduit and prepare electrical components for installation

Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner

Load and unload materials, and assist with job site preparation and clean-up

Learn electrical codes, trade practices, and company standards

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the trade

Ability to follow directions and work under supervision

Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred

Reliable transportation to and from our shop

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks

Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred (but not required):

Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship or trade school program

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
