EAC Heating and Air has been serving the Low country for over 30 years and is expanding into the Bluffton area. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team and take ownership of commercial service work throughout the Bluffton, Rose Hill, Belfair, Okatie, Hilton Head Island, and surrounding Low country areas.

This is a true commercial service opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working independently, and taking pride in getting commercial HVAC equipment back up and running right the first time. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Work independently in the field and accurately identify equipment and system issues
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related HVAC components
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly and professionally
• Complete service documentation and job notes accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Deliver quality workmanship while keeping safety and customer satisfaction a priority

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with rotating on-call and overtime as needed

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills beyond regular maintenance work
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls from start to finish
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Commercial HVAC technical training or formal education preferred
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Service Titan experience is a plus
• Carrier commercial controls experience is a plus
