Responsibilities Cost Management Support Support the commercial team with cost tracking, budget control, and financial reporting across data centre construction packages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project forecasts. Procurement & Subcontract Administration Assist with the preparation of tender enquiries, analysis of subcontractor returns, and administration of subcontract agreements in line with project and commercial procedures. Measurement & Valuations Carry out measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications, supporting interim valuations, payment applications, and final account preparation.
Change Control & Variations Assist in the identification, pricing, and administration of variations and change events, maintaining accurate records and supporting commercial negotiations. Reporting & Commercial Governance Prepare cost reports, trackers, and supporting documentation, ensuring timely input into monthly commercial reviews and adherence to internal controls. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background Must have 2 years experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) Must be based within a commutable distance of Blyth Benefits £40,000 - £50,000 Package
